Chloe — Therapy
Chloe has been a therapy dog for almost 2 years. She is a Rhodesian Ridgeback. We volunteer at George Mark Children’s House every week. She has a way of knowing exactly what the children need there. She cuddles at their feet on the bed or next to them on the couch. The picture is of Chloe in front of the George Mark Christmas tree. She brings comfort and smiles to all of the children she visits. She also visits adults with disabilities at Futures Explored in Livermore. As soon as we walk in the door there the clients smile and laugh because they are so excited to see her. Chloe loves attending Paws to Read sessions at the local public and elementary school libraries. She is a hero dog because she always has this way of knowing what each child or adult needs. She provides comfort and the perfect touch of warmth. She has a cold nose but a warm heart.
