Harlow — Service
Harlow is an amazing dog. She has saved my life many times. I first adopted Harlow when she was 8 weeks old, a few months after I first got sick. For two years I trained her to be my service dog. We have flown across the country countless times, and she has been there through everything with me. She has saved me from everything from panic attacks to fainting. She has kept me from wandering into the street while I felt like I was floating out of my body during a dissociative episode due to my PTSD.
In this photo, she is hard at work making sure I won’t faint while I work out. It’s her job to alert me 2-5 minutes before I faint so I can stop working out and lay down. She is an amazing dog.
I wouldn’t be here without her.
