Norman — Shelter
Norman is the definition of perseverance. Norman started his life being hit by a car at six months old and losing his back leg. Then six months after that his previous owners decided they no longer wanted him and drove to the town over and dumped Norman in a field. He was very hard to catch, but when the Montgomery County Humane Society did, they realized how poor of health Norman was in. He was skin and bones, and covered in fleas and dermatitis. He had horrible scabs that constantly bled. I came across Norman from a great friend who runs a rescue group who posted about him. As soon as I saw him, I was in love. I went to the shelter the next day and brought him home. It’s been a long road to recovery, but norman is doing amazing now. He is the happiest boy, even after the rough start to life. I am so happy to have him forever in my life. He is for sure a goofball that makes everyone he meets smile!
